The Renwick stool named after The Renwick Gallery of the Smithsonian American Arts Museum in Washington DC. This stool was originally purchased by the Smithsonian in a Ziricote wood in 1974 and to this day is still on permanent exhibition in the Renwick Museum, considered a master piece and a superior example of the “American Studio Craft Movement ”
