Brass E.F. Caldwell sconces with etched glass shades – set of four. Round backplates with upcurled arms, bobeche and cup shaped shade holder. Original dark patina has been cleaned and restored. The glass is a flared cup shape, etched with a classic grape pattern. Mold blown are marked made in USA. Sconces are marked E.F. Caldwell. US, Circa 1910. Restored and rewired, complete and ready for installation US 120V hardwired. Sconces in good condition, with drilled holes and some adaptations from earlier re-mounting efforts – we chose to leave these, instead of further altering these classic sconces. Glass is in good condition, with some fleabites along rims as is photographed.
