Another example of why Virden was one of the very few lighting manufacturers from the depression era (1930s, not 2008) to still be in business in the 21st Century. Although this wonderful antique slip shade chandelier was born during the Art Deco movement and does show its deco heritage proudly, the colors and the design of this vintage light fixture still fit seamlessly into a Revival, Tudor, or Craftsman style of home today.
