These sconces have been very well cared for throughout their life as indicated by excellent condition the original finish and patina is in. They have been gently washed and lightly waxed to keep them looking fabulous for another 80 years!
Nice detailing of leaf and vine in the bulls eye back plate as well as the leaf detail carried out in the bottom finials below the socket holders. A great design for any Bungalow, Craftsman, or Spanish Revival home. Substantial arms holding the socket housings give these a very solid look.
