A beautiful and rare vintage Italian 14-karat yellow gold and blue hand-carved turquoise octagonal pendant on a 14-karat yellow gold 16.5″ chain necklace. Pendant also doubles as a brooch (pin in back.) Piece is in the style of Italian jewelry house, Buccellati. A standout piece.
