Vintage Design
This table was designed in Italy by Umberto Mascagni for Mascagni Co. of Bologna. Produced in the early 1950s, the wooden frame is finished in vinyl with anodised aluminum. In 1952 Umberto Mascagni created a new way of producing furniture using new materials such as PVC and anodised aluminum. His furniture was sold by Harrods, London in the 1950s. It is in excellent vintage condition.
