A set of two commemorative Bicentennial wooden table lamps made by Dunning Industries Incorporated. Carved figures in Revolutionary dress are Betsy Ross, the American upholsterer accredited with designing the first American flag, and a Minuteman in the uniform of the Revolutionary New England militia. Carved with the date 1971 and the maker’s mark on the base at the back. Below is a broad square wooden base. Each lamp measures 28.75”H to the top of the socket, 35.5”H to the top of the finial.
